Commercial pest control - Common area public health pest control for real estate management. Ensure your customers have a pleasant experience as invitees of your property. Insect-borne diseases can lead to claims and lawsuits, which are preventable for a negligible cost versus the risk.
Emergency/special event mosquito treatments - Enjoy your outdoor event without having to cover your guests in greasy chemical repellents. We use products designed for quick knockdown of an existing infestation. You want to have us out 1-2 days prior to the event.
Large estate integrated pest management - We know that unique issues arise on larger properties. Jim grew up on several acres himself, and can assist and direct your grounds crew in keeping your family safe and comfortable in all corners of your property.Â
Consultations & training courses - Jim can train PCOs in other states to add our magic touch to your portfolio's properties where we are not licensed.
